This 60-minute Active Breath Meditation is a guided pranayama practice using a three-part mouth breath (belly inhale, heart inhale, relaxed exhale), supported by music and gentle somatic release to clear stagnant energy and open emotional flow.
Practiced in a safe group container, the shared field deepens the experience while allowing you to move at your own pace — breathe, release, and return to alignment within.
