Sebastian Kitchen

Integrative Psychotherapist

Currently accepting new clients

Sebastian offers psychotherapy with a particular focus on helping those who feel stuck, in themselves, or in their relationships. He supports adults who want to understand their patterns in relationships, respond to life’s challenges differently, and develop a stronger sense of security within themselves and with others.

What most lights Sebastian up about his work is helping clients meet life with new insight, energy, and perspective. He often works using Integrative Attachment Therapy (IAT), a contemporary, evidence-informed approach designed to support adults with attachment insecurity. This visualisation-based model works beyond traditional talk therapy, engaging symbolic, embodied, and subconscious levels to support meaningful and lasting change.

Sebastian’s work is thoughtful, relational, and deeply respectful, creating space for clients to build new, more secure ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
