Creating a Space for Care:

Meet Isa and Sim from TwentyNine

Walk down High Street and you'll spot a warm, light-filled space at number 29—that's TwentyNine, a community hub for allied and complementary health practitioners in the heart of Kyneton.

Behind the scenes (and often up front), you'll find locals Isabel Mettler and Simeon Moran, known to most as Isa and Sim.

Isa is a long-time osteopath, known for her straight-talking, thoughtful approach to care. Sim brings his arts background, having nurtured creative projects and collaborative spaces across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Though their professional paths differ, their shared values brought TwentyNine to life: care, connection, independence, and community.

Having called Kyneton home for over a decade, they've put down deep roots while raising their family here. You'll find them at the farmers market, school drop-off, or walking to town for coffee—they're the kind of people who remember your dog's name and genuinely want to know how your week has been.

TwentyNine isn't just a clinic or a co-op. It's something more human: a shared space where independent practitioners can offer care without working in isolation. Clients can access osteopathy, counselling, massage, naturopathy, acupuncture and more, all under one roof.

Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.

We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
